As A Marketing Manager Are you Looking For A New Strategy To Add To Your Marketing Process?

Are you the marketing manager of a small business and you’re looking to update your marketing process with strategies that are somewhat newer to the marketing world? If so, you may want to consider using social media in your marketing process. A social media account for your business can open up a world of possibilities; the only catch is that you need to ensure, as a marketing manager, that you’re using your social media account the right way.

So, as a marketing manager, what do you need to know about successfully running a social media marketing campaign? First of all, you need to update your status (if you’re using Facebook) or your content, on a daily basis and at different times during the day. Say one of your followers only goes views their social media account in the afternoon; if you update your content in the morning, they could miss seeing it, so it’s important as a marketing manager to mix it up a little bit every day. You also want to ensure that you’re posting content that will get the attention of your followers. Again, if you’re using Facebook, your success is dependent upon how many people like, comment on or share your posts; don’t be afraid to put a little personality into your content. Lastly, it’s also important as a marketing manager to ensure that you’re interacting with your followers on their social media pages. This can be a very important key because it can build and strengthen that relationship between you and your social media followers. Once this relationship is strong, it’s highly likely they’ll recommend your business, products and services to their friends and family.

Adding social media to your marketing process can be very beneficial for your small business. As a marketing manager, it’s critical that you follow these simple tips to get the best results possible and ensure the success of your social media campaign.

Launching A Social Media Marketing Campaign? Use Facebook To Get Started

If you’ve considered revamping your marketing process by delving into the world of social media marketing, most small business owners launch their social media marketing campaign on Facebook simply because it has a few advantages over Twitter and Google+. First of all, Facebook is the most widely used social media site in the world with over one billion users; that’s almost 10 times more followers than Twitter has alone. Facebook profiles are also more detailed than Twitter and allow a user to share more information with the public. On Facebook, not only can you update your status, but you can also post photos, videos and have more content than you can on Twitter. One nice thing about a social media marketing campaign on both Facebook and Twitter is that you can back link your business’s Twitter page to Facebook.

A good youtube marketing company or social media marketing campaign on any social media site can be very beneficial to your business if you know what you’re doing. On Facebook, for example, marketing experts suggest that you have a profile and cover photo that accurately promotes your business, brand and product. You want to show your business’s logo or an image that your followers are going to remember. Create a distinctive brand identity with CinchLocal.com’s exceptional roofer logo designs. When you update your status or post content, make sure that it’s relevant and will grab the attention of your fellow Facebook friends. The success of your social media marketing campaign is measured by the number of ‘likes’ and ‘comments’ that you get on your content, so don’t be afraid to wear your heart on your sleeve and let your personality show. Lastly, make sure you are interacting with your customers and friends by also ‘commenting on’ or ‘liking’ their status updates and content posts. By doing this you’ll strengthen your owner-customer relationship.

Using social media marketing as part of your business’s marketing process can be a smart move if you are trying to stay current with the times and want to generate some customers, just ensure that before you get started you know what you’re doing to ensure the success of your campaign.

What Are The Advantages Of Using Social Media Marketing?

When doing a marketing evaluation on their business, many business owners often wonder why they even need a social media marketing account and what the benefits of it are. For some, especially old business owners, it’s hard to understand how powerful Facebook, Twitter and Google+ have become, but in a technologically driven world, they are the way to communicate with a large amount of people at the same time.

If you implement social media marketing into your marketing evaluation there are many advantages to having a social media account. It allows you to reach out to your clients on a daily basis and offers you, the business owner, the opportunity to learn more about your clients and their interests. When you get on a more personal level with your customer base, they’re more likely to put their trust in you and refer you to friends and family. Not only will your customers refer you by word of mouth, but their social media friends will see that they have liked your business and chances are they’ll look into your product or service and see what you have to offer. Ultimately, more leads will be generated as well as more revenue when you choose to add social media marketing to your marketing strategy.

If you use social media marketing the right way, use it effectively and create good, current content, it can do tremendous things for your business. The number of people joining Facebook, Twitter and Google+ only keeps growing, so the next time you are doing a marketing evaluation and trying to determine what’s best for your company, consider social media marketing to be an avenue that will be very much to the advantage of your business. Make sure you have all of your bases covered and you’ll love how much social media marketing helps grow your business.

What Is Social Media Marketing?

One marketing avenue that is relatively new, but becoming quite successful and popular, is social media marketing. If you have been doing a marketing evaluation and are looking for a fresh new medium to pursue, social media marketing is it. Essentially, social media marketing entails marketing by using Facebook, Twitter and Google+ to connect with clients and potential clients on a daily basis. All three of these social mediums are used by millions of people around the world each day and adding them into the marketing evaluation for your business allows you to reach potential clients that you may not have been able to connect with on other marketing avenues.

If you use social media marketing effectively, it can help your business tremendously. For example, if you create a Facebook page for your business and get a certain number of people to like your page, each time one of those people comments or likes something that you have posted on your business page will be seen by friends of those people. This in turn brings in more fans of your Facebook page, builds your customer list and grows your network of qualified leads. If you put your logo on your Facebook page, people will come to recognize it when they see it in other places and raise brand awareness for your product.

The next time you do a marketing evaluation for your business, make sure you see if social media marketing is a good fit for your business. The benefits of using social media marketing can be extremely powerful for your company if you use it the correct way. If you’re new to social media or don’t understand how it works, just know this: by leveraging your social media presence new sources of revenue will be generated for your business.

Successful Facebook Marketing: Have Your Business Profile Page Completed

Good morning; today we’re going to continue our conversation on Facebook marketing screwups. It’s going to be very important that you watch all of these videos because we’re doing this complete series and we’ll be adding supplementary videos in addition to our Wednesday webinars so we can hone in on some other topics, such as strategy.

Today we’re going to talk about having an incomplete business profile. You need to ensure that you have this complete. Why? Because I promise that if you like our page, we’ll like your page. Through this, however, we’ve noticed that a lot of these business profiles are incomplete. I want to address this issue and tell you to be committed to your business profile page.

To recap last week, it’s all about getting your friend’s friends to see what your content is by getting your friends to like or comment on your content. Why are we talking about your business profile? Because you have to have it completed because they’re going to get nosy and look at other things about your business. You want to have a few different things apparent: your cover photo with information about your business. For ours it’s sometimes information about our marketing webinars or a photo of myself or someone else. This photo should change when you have specific events coming up. The profile photo should be your business logo. It’s all about branding on Facebook so you want to make sure that you have your page sufficiently branded with your business information and logo. Remember people are going to potentially be going to your page from their smart phone, so you need to ensure it’s going to look nice even on a smaller device. Also complete your basic information such as when your business started, your URL, what your product and services are; you want to ensure you have all of this information complete otherwise you may be seen as a fly-by-night business.

If you have further questions you can contact us directly via telephone or email. Also don’t forget to download our marketing assessment questionnaire at DirectBusinessMarketing.com/ma to determine what your business’s marketing needs are.
